We’re launching a member-owned Loan Broker School to train everyday people in commercial lending. Once trained, they’ll help lead and operate The Cooperative Lender, the first cooperative-owned commercial lending company.

We don’t rely on grants, handouts, or outside donations. Our fuel is credit and lending—the very tools that have historically been used to keep us out. We’re flipping the script and turning them into engines for ownership, jobs, and generational wealth.
